VISA Debit Card

For the ultimate in freedom and flexibility, you’ll want a VISA Debit Card from St. Louis Firefighters & Community Credit Union.  With a Visa Debit Card, you can access your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even when our office is closed.  Our ATM is a drive-up model, located at the rear of the building next to the garage door.  You can use your Visa Debit Card at any merchant or ATM machine  that accepts VISA or the following logos:  VISA, STAR, PLUS or CO-OP Network. The card is chip enabled so it is state of the art safe and secure.

In order to get a new debit card, you must come to the credit union to complete and application. Once the application is completed, your card will be ordered and you will receive it in the mail. A separate PIN will be mailed a day later. You have the option to change your PIN. Please follow the instruction you receive in the mail on activating the card and changing the PIN.

Please make note of the following phone number if your card is LOST OR STOLEN, after credit union hours:

1-888-241-2510 or 1-909-941-1398 (outside the U.S.)

The previous ATM program was discontinued Feb. 1, 2017. Your ATM card will no longer be valid or accepted at any ATM machine or merchant.
